First Draft in 5 Working Days

Final Draft Delivery
The Final Draft is delivered in PDF and WORD format for ease in uploading to job announcements. Maintain all of our correspondences via the Client Portal.
Depending on how you contact us, you may start with filling out a Client Questionnaire or sent an invitation to schedule a 30-minute phone or video-conferencing call with one of our career specialists.
Once we determine that our resume revision services are needed and payment is rendered, please allow 3 to 5 business days for the first draft, depending on the career package. You will receive access to your personal client portal within 24-hours, which you will have access to throughout the entire completion of your project. Because we customize each resume to your career highlights and accomplishments, another 30-minute or hour call may be warranted unless you prefer all communication via email. We adjust to your preference.
Your documents will be uploaded to your client portal (and sent to your email), then please utilize the next 7 business days to familiarize yourself with your new professional brand. Feel free to contact us with any changes, and we will respond to you within 24 hours to fulfill your request.
Upon completion of your branding documents (resume), we provide the final versions in Word and PDF. Feel free to practice with your new resume in a mock interview with one of our specialists!
